Add a description to the Views UI that explains how Menu tabs are placed

The documentation to Create a simple page view → already exists, and if we see point 11 it shows the brief to create a menu. I think an anchor link for Menu UI module → is missing here. The working of the menu is the same for the view page - menu as well.
The original ask of Creating menu tabs → is also available on the Menu docs.

https://www.drupal.org/docs/8/core/modules/views/create-a-simple-page-view → does sound like the right place to add to. https://www.drupal.org/node/1578582 → is in a D7 book, so that seems like the wrong place.

Probably best to add a new page and add it there specifically for menu tabs, not sure it would fall in the 'Simple page view' category.

Since this has to do with drupal.org believe it falls into documentation project, Correct me if I'm wrong.

The documentation page must be created, but then the link must be added to the Views UI module.

If the page to create is specific for the Views UI module, there is also The Views UI module → , which is just a stub, for the moment. It could be replaced with a documentation guide with pages that could be linked on Views UI pages.
