Problem/Motivation

Drupal Modal media library menu items should be designed in a better way. Currently, it looks like a plain menu link and padding and spacing also don't seem right. We can improve the design of media-library menu items so that the user interface can be made better. This will also improve the user experience.

Steps to reproduce

Set Claro theme as admin theme.
Enable Media and Media Library module.
Create a taxonomy and add a media field to it.
Add term and click on add media then you will see a modal.
See the media-library menu items on the left side.

This could be a duplicate issue - https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3404866 🐛 Media Type links in Media Library modal missing vertical tabs styling in Claro RTBC but I believe the fix should be fixed in the claro theme.
Someone needs to review it before doing any work on it.

Does appear to be a duplicate, FYI issue summary solution of "better way" would of needed tweaking.
