Implement hook_help()

I created MR with implemented hook_help().

Please review the MR !1

Hi

I applied MR !1 and tested the hook help function, I confirmed that it successfully created the module's help page however I suggest that the content of the module's help page should be changed or updated into more details so that the help page will be more helpful if ever and there is a line of code displaying.

This is the line of code that is showing in the help page:

/** @var \Drupal\entity_change_default_language\EntityChangeDefaultLanguageInterface $default_language_fixer */
        $default_language_fixer = \Drupal::service("entity_change_default_language");
        $default_language_fixer->update(\Drupal\node\Entity\Node::load(1), "es", TRUE, ["en"]);

I updated the information in hook help. Also, the example code exists on the help page. There are no extra styles cause I think it's too much.
