Remove referenced entities if not used anywhere else

This would be hard for this module to get right. I suggest scheduling that entity_reference_revisions pruning drush command to run periodically.

Maybe we just need to edit the project page and add "drush err:purge paragraph" (which is an Entity Reference Revisions command) in the current "Drush commands" sections of both 2.x and 1.x branches.

I don't think this should be the job of this module. The module should just trigger the delete and a referential integrity functionality from core or contrib should solve this, just the same as if someone manually deletes the node.
