When using JAWS, users are unable to use the arrows to read results in the dropdown

Problem/Motivation

When our users use JAWS to read the autocomplete dropdown, JAWS is unable to read the items in the dropdown to the end user.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open JAWS
2) Enter in a character to the autocomplete search box
3) Use the arrows to scroll through the results. Users are unable to use arrows to view results in the dropdown.
