This fix Reviewed.It looks fixed. but some alignment need to work on.
I have checked with Drupal version 10.0.x.
Theme version: 3.0.2
Keeping in Needs Review for further review. The visibility issue of the menu icon is fixed, but seeing the alignment issue.

I've tested the patch on Drupal 10
Patch applied cleanly...
The Menu Bar looks good on Mobile and tablet view, but seeing alignment issue for mobile view.
Adding SS for reference - Issue was unassigned.
