Offering to co-maintain User Expire

I created 🌱 Issues to fix for 8.x-1.2 release of User Expire Active

Do you think you could help reviewing those and figuring out which are needed (or not) and then getting the needed ones ready to commit?

@greggles I have taken on a number of other modules with no other active maintainers for the purpose of updating for Drupal 10. I would be okay with stepping back from maintenance of this module if you would like to remove me. I'm glad there is other interest in supporting it.

@astonvictor - still interested in maintaining? I may have missed it, but didn't see reviews on other issues quite yet. Thanks.
