On the login page, the password dots are not visible

A summary must describe what needs to be changed, and eventually why. A screenshot is not sufficient, even in the case a patch/MR is provided.
In the case of bug reports, the steps to reproduce the bug should be provided too. In the case of coding standards issues found using an automatic tool, the report given by that tool must be quoted too, including the arguments passed to that tool, if it is a command line tool.

The css property of the .form-email, .form-text, .form-textarea is set as color: #fff which is causing the issue. After changing this property for login form input as color: #000 resolved the issue of input field visibility.

The issue summary is still empty; it has not been updated.

Password and username both are still not visible.

Now the password dots are visible. Please review patch.

Both the MRs are making more changes than necessary. The patch changes only the font color, as expected.
