I am getting same issue in Drupal 10.2.3 also.Steps -
1. Add "Media type Image" filed in any content type.
2. Create "Responsive Image style" with different image-styles according breakpoint.
3. Now try to choose this "Responsive Image Style" in "Image formatter" on Manage Display tab.
4. Cannot choose "Responsive Image style" - 🇵🇰Pakistan dewancodes
Is there any solution available yet for Drupal 10, so we can choose "Responsive Image style" for 'Media Type Image'?

Hello, I have tested this issue on Drupal Version 11.x-dev. The MR gets applied successfully and now the Responsive Thumbnail option is available for Media type under manage display for the content type.
