None of the checkboxes are aligned to their label

I have reproduced this theme on my local to check the above error's, but i did not see both on my setup.
I'm using D10 verison , if you're using diffrent version please let me know.
Please go through the screenshots.

I found issue in Drupal10.1 when I installed the theme using composer command from its info page "composer require 'drupal/holy:^2.0'".
Please try to install in suggested way, and let me know.

@chetan I have checked patch #7 🐛 None of the checkboxes are aligned to their label RTBC , working fine.
After applying the patch the checkbox and label position are fixed.
