Here are the notes I took during the meeting:

1. Plan to remove migrate_drupal, 📌 [Policy] Migrate Drupal and Migrate Drupal UI after Drupal 7 EOL Fixed
   • Deprecate migrate_drupal and migrate_drupal_ui in D11, remove in D12
   • Keep the destinations in the migrate (API) module (or in other modules, such as user).
   • Keep the content_entity and config_entity sources (and move to migrate).
2. Acquia Migrate: Accelerate
   • Geared to Acquia customers with not-too-complex D7 sites
   • Does not support Acquia Site Factory nor multisite

3. Migration Dependencies
   • Required and optional dependencies
   • The expandPluginIds() method strips out invalid plugin IDs.
   • If a migration declares another migration as required, but that migration does not exist, then it is silently ignored.
   • See 📌 MigrationPluginManager::createInstances claims to throw a PluginException on invalid ids, but does not. Needs review
4. Skip row and Skip process exceptions: Mike reminds Benji that reviews have been promised.

Was a little more difficult, but watched the video and noted the users that appeared. But not sure if others joined that may didn't speak? Either way the list of people credited seems correct.
