I am relating issue 🐛 Migrations fail due to missing dependency when dependency has skipped rows by the source plugin Needs review , which you referred-to in the issue summary. Are you indicating this is a unique bug, and separate from that one, on the basis that a patch from that issue didn't work?

I am tagging this issue "Needs steps to reproduce" because there are not any. It is reasonable to think that the error messages are accurate—that there are missing migrations. The issue summary does not mention that either way.

It has been just about 10 months since more information was asked for on this issue. Since we need more information to move forward with this issue and it has not been provided. I am closing this issue. If the steps to reproduce are supplied, then change the status to Active.
