Getting 404 on Drupal 10 Homepage.

Problem/Motivation

After installing the Drupal 10.1.30, the homepage is getting page not found.
/core/install.php/ is still present after successful installation of Drupal 10.1.30.
There is an error message "No active batch." after Drupal installation.

Steps to reproduce

Install the Drupal 10.1.30 using composer.
Follow the installation steps.
You will see the errors mentioned above after successful installation of Drupal.
