Edit and Replace buttons overlap

Problem/Motivation

When using "Paragraphs Library" and trying to add a paragraph using "From library" paragraph, it's preview of the selection is supposed to have an "Edit" and a "Replace" button, which in the current styling they have the same styling/positioning, thus overlap. In the attached screenshot, I had change the right alignment of one of the buttons for better visualisation of the issue.

Steps to reproduce

1) Install "Paragraph" and "Paragraphs Library" module.
2) Add a paragraph to the paragraphs library.
3) Add the paragraph from the library somewhere using the "From library" paragraph.
4) Observe that the "Edit" and "Replace" buttons of the "From library" paragraph overlap and cannot be used correctly.

Proposed resolution

Currently the two buttons share the same styling. Proposing the styling to be updated, and in case they are direct siblings, the "Replace" button be offset and have it's own new icon, as currently the sprite svg does not have a "replace" equivalent icon.
