Problem/Motivation

There have been a number of recent fixes and improvements that should get in including:

🐛 Fast404 prevents css/js assets from generating when aggregation is enabled on Drupal 10.1 Fixed
🐛 False 404 response for URLs with special characters Fixed
📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Fixed
💬 Fast404EventSubscriber incorrect parameter(s) for onKernelRequest() and onNotFoundException() methods Fixed
