Why are you including the patch in patch #5? Could you add some description of what your patch does? Thanks in advance!

To be honest ... All patches are wrong.
You should not include code that is coming from other patches.
Going to hide them all at this moment as none is correct.

I'll provide a new patch.

My bad, looked at wrong source (1.x).

I see that patch #4 is complete, so unhiding that patch and that should be the way forward.
I'll test this and come back with my findings.

But when altering the file_create_url function, the Drupal 9 requirement should be raised to 9.3 as the new service is added in 9.3.x ( https://www.drupal.org/node/2940031 → )

Can one of the 6 maintainers look at this? Drupal 9 is now unsupported. What needs to happen to get this across the finish line?

I'm going to commit patch #9 and create a new version of the module today.
