[a11y] Filters icons on table header of content page are not visible for forced colors / high contrast mode

Hi, created a patch to fix that issue. Attaching screenshot as well. Please review.

I have tested the #2 and this is working as expected.

I have noticed !important is applied in certain areas, yet the icons are also visible without the need for !important. So I am removing the !important from the patch.

I reviewed the patch Able to see the Filters icons I am attaching the screen shot for reference.

@Mukeysh please update interdiff, to describes the changes between patch #2 and #3.

I review the patch and it's working expected.

No need to create interdiff as it's only remove !important from the file.
