Need global box-sizing: border-box CSS rule for navigation sidebar

Adding patch for the global box sizing.

This needs to be 1) scoped to the navigation's root element, and 2) also effect ::before and ::after pseudoelements

Adding new patch as per above suggestions.

Patch from #4 was created on top of a previous version and didn't apply anymore (eg. no base.css file exists). The MR provides the equivalent for the latest version.

Seems rebase needed.

Also maybe to use inherit box-sizing?
