Apply title_length to media

Problem/Motivation

I'd like to be able to extend the title length of media.

Steps to reproduce

Right now the module only applies to nodes and taxonomy terms.

Proposed resolution

Add the capability to do Media.

    Hi @rosiel, Could you please clarify the requirement for increasing the title/Name field length of media types? Because There is some confusion firstly, there is not any title field while adding the media content and secondly, i think there is no need to change the media item name field, or is there another aspect of media types that you are referring to? Please provide more information.

    This would actually be helpful for me too. My problem is caused by the way that some automated tools want to store information about a media/image in the name. When it's longer than (I think) 255 characters, the SQL statement for creating the media/image entry fails. So the value is never saved.

    If I can make the "name" longer, than I can fix this bug. (I'm also working with the author of the other code to store the data in a more accessible and flexible field.)
