SIGSEGV implies that PHP itself is crashing, and the other errors also look like PHP-FPM is not responding correctly, rather than anything specific to Drupal.
PHP 8.1.18 does have at least one segfault bug that has been fixed in newer versions: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/11178 - I would try upgrading PHP itself here first.

I downgrade PHP to 8.0.28 and works.
In the same instance a Drupal 7.98 with PHP 8.1 works perfect...Any idea?

Found the issue: needs to update "Upgrade Status" with composer.
Can close now.
