Offer to maintain fast_404

May 30th I sent this email to all the current maintainers of the fast404 project:

Dear Naveen Valecha (naveenvalecha),
         Grant Gaudet (gg4),
         Michael Cooper (soyarma),
         Neetu Morwani (neetu morwani),
         Adam Malone (adammalone),
         Kristen Pol,

I am reaching out to all the current maintainers of the fast_404 project to announce my offer to maintain the fast_404 project.  Drupal 10.0 was released late 2022 and next week some time Drupal 10.1.0 will be released at Drupalcon.  Fast404 is an important project that needs a Drupal 10 compatible release that is also capable of handling multilingual.  I am offering to take care of this for you all.

Hi @joseph.olstad! I forgot I was a maintainer here :D Let me add you as I'm pretty slammed before leaving for DrupalCon. If you aren't able to get to it in the next couple weeks, I can do this when I'm back from DrupalCon.
