Test Connection feature on Settings form page

@shiv_sharma After testing MR 19 . I have few doubts
1)Only API Base URL field is need for connect to Nginx proxy Manger
2) With out Entering data into Email and password filed and clicked on check box of " Validate Connection" getting this message "API Base URL is Connected"

yes @kpoornima only API Base URL fiels is required to test connection.
return $this->httpClient->request('GET', $api_url)->getBody()->getContents();

I have tested the MR19 with drupal 9.5.8,
Php version 8.0.28 and it's working fine for me.
