Uploading a new patch, the fastly_purger submodule has the same issue

The Fastly module is completely non-functional without this patch. Can we get this committed and a release created? I'd be happy to help create a working release for the module if you want to add me to the project.

FTR I just sent drupal.org contact emails about this issue to as many of the maintainers of this module as I could (I got blocked after sending 10, hah). Hopefully someone will pop in to look at this.

All the maintainers are from fastly, so we should ask to fastly company.
