Change module descriptions to meet help standards

Problem/Motivation

I was looking at the Extend page and the modules descriptions seemed like they could be improved. I had memories #3060616: Update the module descriptions on the Extend page to fit the Help texts →

So let's update the descriptions to what that issue did so that they follow the common format, as described in the Help text standard → .

Go to /admin/structure/modules

Review steps

Test the patch by going to /admin/structure/modules and ensuring that the project description conforms to the Help text standard → .
