Offering to maintain Security.txt

Looks as though this now needs to be moved to the Project Ownership queue as per step 6 at https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/managing-a-drupalorg-theme-module-or... →

My account currently doesn't have access to update this issue but I'd like to get this progressed. Security.txt is an important component that we use on GovCMS sites and additional maintainers and the ability to progress this module would be great :)

This issue is for adding VladimirAus as maintainer and it cannot be used to add other maintainers. Since this issue has been created from VladimirAus two months ago, it is better it is him to move it.

I'm back from the dead! Sorry to everyone who has been wishing to move this issue & this module forward.

I have added VladimirAus as a maintainer of Security.txt now.

If others would like to be be maintainers then I think that would be a good idea. Obviously, I have not been an effective maintainer recently...
