Request for 'confirmed' user role

@siddharthjain_7998 Issue description does not relate with issue title. Could you please clarify the reason behind creating this issue?

What is this issue exactly asking for?

I think Siddhart just wants the confirmed user role. So I guess we can just refer to the Become a verified user → page.

Furthermore you only commented on the issue you mentioned and you created this post. So I guess we need to wait a bit to evaluate once there is more content.
