Once 📌 Drupal 10 compatibility Fixed is merged, we need a Drupal 10 compatible release.

Create a new semver branch and an RC release.

Create 5.x branch
Create 5.x-dev release
Merge 📌 Drupal 10 compatibility Fixed into 5.x branch
Tag branch
Create release
Update releases
Post update in #d10readiness channel

Note for now this is not the recommended release. Once the RC release has been tested more by me and the community and we make a 5.0.0 stable release then we can move it to be the recommended release and remove support for the 8.x-4.1 release.
