Add support for the Taxonomy Term Reference Tree Widget module

@DieterHolvoet I have added the "Taxonomy Term Reference Tree Widget" module and created Taxonomy Term Reference Tree on content type. The look and feel look good after the patch.

I verified and tested the latest MR #6 on the Drupal 10. 2 version.
MR is applied successfully,

Testing steps:

1. Install Drupal version 10. 2
2. Install the Gin theme
3. Use the gin theme as an Administration theme
4. Add a "Taxonomy Term Reference Tree Widget" module
5. Created Taxonomy terms and added reference taxonomy field on content type with "term reference tree" widget
6. Check the added field while add content
7. Apply MR and check again for same

Test Result:
Terms displayed with the "term reference tree" widget look good after applying a patch
