An overview of the various problems related to payments on Commerce 1.

🐛 Payments from Commerce 1 have wrong decimal place Fixed
🐛 Payments from Commerce 1 don't update the order balance (total paid) Needs work
✨ static_map payment gateway instead of constant manual Active
✨ Commerce 1 payment record does not include remote_id value Needs review

This doesn't work for me at all, I'm getting errors from the CreditCard plugin about its type being null.
