Hi
I applied MR !2 to my local with Drupal 9.5.9, I cannot also replicate comment #4 and the MR applied successfully on my end. But, my concern is if possible we can add more information to the help page like a quick help on how to configure the module or such. So that the help page will become reliable to the users, only if possible.
