It is enough to move this issue, rather than creating a new one.

I am going to contact anon, which is the project owner and the only user who can administer co-maintainers and maintainers. He logged in on drupal.org three months ago.

(anon has his personal contact form enabled. If his personal contact form were not enabled, I could still use it, since I am a user administrator, on drupal.org.)

Ma you post a comment in https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/3338953 → about accepting or declining the offer? Without a comment posted on that issue in the next 14 days, Mark will be probably made co-maintainer (user with all the permissions on the project, except the permission to administer co-maintainers and maintainers). None of the current co-maintainers/maintainers will be removed from site moderators, nor will the project owner be changed.

I am contacting all the users with the permission to administer co-maintainers/maintainers for that project, which in this case is only you.

There has been no reply for 14 days now, setting status back to active.

Linkit is kind of a "rockstar" module in the Drupal ecosystem with >100k installations and is preventing many sites from upgrading to v10. I'm supporting Mark's application and hope we'll see a D10 release for Linkit soon.

I added ark_fullmer as co-maintainer.
