There are some more dependencies to install this module. You have to enable those modules first. Then you will be able to access the Module. Thank you.@Jay, I have reviewed and implemented the MR! And the MR! has been implemented successfully.
I am using Drupal version -9.5.9 & PHP Version - 8.1

@NupurBadola I am not sure what your comment means. This issue is for adding a
hook_help()implementation, which does not cause the module to be automatically installed, nor the required dependencies to be automatically downloaded and installed on the server. - Status changed to Needs work
