Issue with page layout

I confirmed the issue was resolved when I applied patch #9 to the "1.0.0-rc2" against Version 1.0.0-rc2, but another possible issue I observed which is the Layout Builder's layout, borders, and background seems to be missing after applying the patch, Please see the screenshots attached.

Sorry for raising an issue about Layout Builder's layout and design was missing after applying the patch in one of my screenshot, I forgot that Im using Gin Layout Builder, hence the patch works perfectly fine in my end and fixed the issue.
