Add an example to Drupal\migrate\Plugin\migrate\process\SkipOnEmpty doc block

I used the previous example and added a source to the migration_lookup. I thought it would help to have just the one difference (source: ) so it was easy to see that source can be changed.

Setting to NR but not running tests because this is a doc only patch.

Had to read this a few times to figure out why
