Follow up issue after 📌 Remove the Layout Builder UX module from Varbase Layout Builder Fixed
Fix having Contextual links for Block data-contextual.
which are not rendered out in the Generic block component

Steps to reproduce

Given that the Varbase Layout Builder was activated for the Full Content view mode
When I edit the layout for a content
And I add number of Inline Block content
And I hover over a selected block
Then the Contextual links are not showing up

Proposed resolution

Detach old Layout Builder UX enhancement styling and fallback to Drupal core standard styling for Layout Builder editing pages
