Remove the Layout Builder UX module from Varbase Layout Builder

Varbase Layout builder has a module in its install list called lb_ux → and it has no stable release.

Remove lb_ux from varbase_layout_builder composer.json file.
Remove lb_ux patches from varbase_layout_builder composer.json file.
Remove lb_ux from varbase_layout_builder install list in varbase_layout_builder.info.yml file.
Remove VarbaseLayoutBuilderUX class that override lb_ux class.
