Need to set handle icon design.

This issue only replicate when you use business responsive theme as Administration theme.
For this task patch #3 is fixed that issue, so need of patch #5 which is created by gaurav-mathur.

IF we are fixing the handle icon so need to fix whole page because page having issue.

Patch Mentioned in Comment #5 , is not working for me.

The changes are applying on branch 3.0.x.
So need to change branch on MR.

Also this theme is not designed after admin theme purpose.
