Replace README.txt with README.md

Error in the patch exists:

a. error: README.md: already exists in working directory
error: README.txt: No such file or directory
b. All the heading are in capital letter , instead only the first letter should be in capital.
c. #/## must be used prior to Headings.
d. Use - (hyphen) in place of * (asterisk).
e. Change "## Content of the file " to "##Table of content"
f. Project name is missing.
g. [project page] and [issue queue] is missing.

I reviewed and applied your MR but it doesn't follow the README.md template. "Project name and introduction" should start with one "#", #Introduction should be removed and in TOC introduction should be removed also, and the [issue queue] in the project name and introduction missing "in the" word it should be like this

I reviewed MR!1 and Table Of Contents needs to be changed as Table of contents.
Requirements text should be This module requires no modules outside of Drupal core.
I'm not quite sure if the installation section text should be changed as
