Info on composer installation

I am seeing this now, do one have to do anything or ignore?

Merge request added the removed the allow-plugins section of the composer.json. This will remove the message printed from requiring this module.

Your development on the module shouldn't be that effected as you may just have to say yes to allowing the plugin on your local.
