Use all the included dictionaries with cspell

It seems I forgot to leave a comment here. I was playing with this some time ago by removing dictionaries and seeing what words were reported as unknown. And it that there was a word that is a spelling error in the context of our code but is included is one of the dictionaries. Unfortunately, I don't recall the word either.

Looking at the removed words here I see 'parens'. That is not an English word. It appears in a comment // Allow URL paths to contain balanced parens and thus should be changed.

That leaves me not wanting to do this. Or, if we do we need to do it by dictionary and demonstrate the value of adding that dictionary.
