CKEditor Panel Button - Add a short description

I think it could use more details.

I propose:
Adds a button to the CKEditor toolbar so content editors can embed Panels pages or custom panel panes into content via the wysiwyg, without custom code. The button opens a dialog box with a search field and a list of available Panels pages and panes.

Nice description, capysara, but according the parent issue, the description needs to be under 200 characters. As far as I know the actual summary field allows 255 characters, so this may be okay, but there may have been a reason a limit below the field size was chosen.

I will bring it up at this week's site builder meeting.

Good catch! I thought I checking against 200 characters, but I must've put in 255 by accident. I can shorten it for consistency. How about this?

I like that better. I thought "Panels pages and panes" was a bit unwieldy anyway. 188 chars now.

I am not sure why, but in some of my issues (mostly Project Browser?) I see the message "Double check attribution. “At organization…” is checked without any organization selected.". So I'll try to select my organization, and see if it fixes it. Has anyone else seen this?
