New event category "Award / Ceremony" for d.o community events

As discussed in the August 2024 Event Organizers Open Meeting I would strongly suggest to update the list of possible event types to chose from as an event organiser. Being the Organiser of Splash Awards in Germany I find myself struggling each year what event type I should select for the Splash Awards.

As the Splash Awards are not the only awards (Women in Drupal Awards) we should consider naming it "Award / Ceremony" to allow a greater variety of events to choose this option.

It was also proposed to remove "DrupalFest" since that category is rarely/never used.
