Smart Trim Project - Update Categories

Since it is a field formatter, I think the fields and content display categories are sufficient for this module. Open to new suggestions of course.

Postponed until a new smaller list of Categories is finalized.

Updated the issue summary to reflect the recent change to reduce the number of Categories from 55 down to 19.

The two current categories for this project are appropriate: Content Display, Site Structure
I propose that an additional category could be appropriate: Content Editing Experience

Added the third category to the list. Smart Trim has been updated. I feel this can be closed.
