I responded to the survey.
Annotations have changed from Doctrine to PHP attributes beginning in 10.2. I discovered this comparing PHP files in Plugin directories of core modules on a local site built on 10.3.1. I found a presentation by Lee Rowlands (@larowan) of Previous Next: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cvYQTTwf6zk in which he explains the advent of PHP attributes in PHP 8.1. I suggest that Drupal documentation on Annotations-based plugins note these changes.
@bsnodgrass: My thinking on Content Display was that Webform is fieldable and provides other means of displaying form content. I understand that the category already contains many projects, so listing it under that category may not be useful. If you feel that limiting the categories for this project to User Engagement and Interactions makes the most sense, I would agree.
