Webform is already assigned two appropriate categories: Integrations, User Engagement
I agree with these and propose that an additional category could be applied to this project: Content Display - 🇺🇸United States bsnodgrass
I fully agree with User Engagement and Integrations (in that order).
I am not certain about the Content Display category, @philalonso ?

@bsnodgrass: My thinking on Content Display was that Webform is fieldable and provides other means of displaying form content. I understand that the category already contains many projects, so listing it under that category may not be useful. If you feel that limiting the categories for this project to User Engagement and Interactions makes the most sense, I would agree.
