Drupal 10 & CKEditor 5 readiness

So, this is a fun issue - colorbutton has been moved into the Font plugin in CKE5 ( https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor5/latest/installation/getting-started/... ) and I've taken a first pass at implementing 📌 Drupal 10 & CKEditor 5 readiness Fixed to accomplish this. What do we want to do to consolidate this plugin shuffling between CKE4 and CKE5?

See 🌱 ckeditor_font merging with ckeditor5_font, colorbutton Active for consolidation efforts, which sadly did not go anywhere.
