ckeditor_font merging with ckeditor5_font, colorbutton

Problem/Motivation

We have quite a conundrum in the contrib space for the CKEditor 5 Font plugin. Three separate plugins may provide similar or component functionality of the upgraded Font plugin, which now handles CKEditor's fontColor and backgroundColor properties.

Proposed resolution

Merge the three plugins into one plugin for CKE5.
