Problem/Motivation

The background the action Link component gets when it's hovered (#E5EDFF) doesn't have enough contrast when the element is on a darker region like the header:

This design problem has been detected while working on 🐛 Preview content is broken in Claro. Fixed .

Steps to reproduce

  • Enable Claro as the front-end theme
  • Create a content (like Article or Page) and fill at least all the required fields
  • Click on the Preview button at the bottom of the page
  • Hover the Action link that says "Back to content editing"

Proposed resolution

Fins an alternative solution for the hover background color: either changing the hexadecimal color or using a variation with some opacity that would help the 2 colors visually merge. Maybe even multiplying (mix-blend-mode: multiply)the colors would help archive the contrast.
