Problem/Motivation

This is a followup from 📌 Replace REQUEST_TIME in services Fixed , please take a look at comment #28 📌 Replace REQUEST_TIME in services Fixed .

Proposed resolution

Refactor the method /core/lib/Drupal/Core/Cache/MemoryBackend.php::getRequestTime replacing the calls.

Remaining tasks

This issue is posponed on 📌 Replace REQUEST_TIME in services Fixed .
When the issue lands, we have to do:

  1. Replace the statics calls and properly inject the services into the class
  2. Remove REQUEST_TIME constants since it's deprecated
