Use namespaced dependencies

In social_pwa.info.yml, one of the dependencies is activity_send_push_notification, there isn't any project is https://www.drupal.org/project/activity_send_push_notification → . In activity_send_push.info.yml, one of the dependencies is activity_send but there isn't any project in https://www.drupal.org/project/activity_send → .

The correct dependencies are social:activity_send_push_notification and social:activity_send, as the machine name of the project containing them is social.

Was partially fixed in an earlier release, should now also be fixed for the activity_send_push.info.yml.
